Nest
If you’ve ever wondered how birds build their nests then what better way to learn than by building your own?
Join us at Milton’s Cottage for this free, family-friendly workshop led by Millery Design. Mixing art and ecology, we’ll use twigs, leaves, grass, moss and other materials scavenged from our garden to create a collective cosy nest you can climb into with friends and family.
We’ll also learn more about the birds in our garden, and in Milton’s poetry, with accompanying craft activities inside the museum. There’s no need to book for this drop-in workshop: just turn up at any time to join in the fun.
