Slime Time
Animals, algae, plants, humans: pretty much every species uses slime to survive. From snail trails to mollusc mucus, get to know some of Britain’s slimiest species at this free, family-friendly drop-in workshop.
Look for slimy specimens in our garden, learn about 17th century slime, read some slime-inspired poetry, and make your own environmentally-friendly slime to take home.
There’s no need to book: just turn up and spend as long (or as little) slime time as you like.
