Become a Friend……….of John Milton’s Cottage

The Society of the Friends of Milton’s Cottage (Charity No 274269) exists to support the Milton Cottage Trust in maintaining the Cottage as an internationally important heritage site, keeping it in good order and attractive for visitors, and in expanding the collection of Milton memorabilia whenever appropriate items become available. In turn this promotes a knowledge of Milton, his many and varied works, and the history of his times.

The Society raises funds both from its subscriptions and from social activities. Over the years it has raised many thousands of pounds which have contributed to the rare collections on display to the public. The Cottage has no endowment funds and is therefore dependent on income from the Friends, from visitors and from occasional gifts and grants. We therefore invite you to become a Friend and to help us to maintain this valuable part of the nation’s heritage.

So, print off the following form, mail it to the Society with the bankers’ order and, if you are a UK tax payer, together with the Gift Aid declaration.
